Person-centered, compassion-focused, and trauma-informed approach to therapy is holistic and values empathy, understanding, and safety.

This therapeutic approach emphasises the importance of treating every client with genuine respect and compassion, creating a safe environment where the person feels welcomed, heard and valued.

Person-centered therapy is rooted in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives, encouraging self-exploration and personal growth.

A compassion-focused approach enhances self-compassion and reduce self-criticism, helping clients to build a kinder, more accepting relationship with themselves.

Trauma-informed means that therapy is sensitive to the impact of difficult experiences and recognises the ways in which this can shape emotional responses and behaviors. The that approach acknowledges each client’s experience is unique, prioritises emotional safety and absense of judgment

As therapeutic approach, this enables clients builds resilience, self-acceptance, and emotional healing.

More about CBT and ACT

This is the space to introduce the Product section and showcase the types of products available.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

is an evidence-based approach that helps clients understand their own thought patterns and behaviors. It equips clients with tools to reframe unhelpful thinking and improve coping skills, fostering resilience and personal growth by clarifying the link between thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

uses mindfulness to develop acceptance for challenging thoughts and emotions, rather than fighting with them. The focus is on personal values, and fosters psychological flexibility and self-awareness, enabling clients to orient towards what is meaningful for their authentic selves, long-term fulfillment and well-being.

Integrating CBT and ACT

combines cognitive restructuring with acceptance and values-driven action to suit each individual. This offers comprehensive therapy that promotes adaptive thinking and psychological flexibility.

The aim is to empower each client

to address thoughts that hold them back while cultivating resilience and purposeful living—and is helpful for navigating complex emotional landscapes in a grounded, practical way.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • EMDR is an increasingly used therapy that helps individuals process and recover from traumatic memories. EMDR facilitates reprocessing of difficult experiences, promoting emotional resilience and reducing symptoms associated with trauma. The approach follows an structured, eight-phase protocol, allowing clients to safely confront and integrate difficult experiences, ultimately reducing the impact of trauma and promoting emotional resilience and recovery.

  • Standard EMDR is often used when a person has experienced a single traumatic incident. It involves guiding clients through a specific process using eye movements or other bilateral stimulation. The approach helps by reducing emotional responses, and by re-processing negative beliefs.

Relational-Integrative EMDR (RI-EMDR)

extends the standard EMDR by incorporating a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship and the client's relational history. This approach addresses attachment and interpersonal dynamics within the EMDR framework, recognising that trauma often involves relational disruptions. By integrating relational and attachment-focused elements, clients are able to process trauma while fostering secure connections and emotional growth. RI-EMDR promotes deeper recovery, emphasising resilience, self-compassion, and more adaptive interpersonal relationships.
